Between 2020 and 2022, I had the opportunity to collaborate with the private wine club 67 Pall Mall. The 67 Pall Mall Group is a collection of Members’ Clubs devoted to fine wine. In 2020, their goal was simple, create the first television channel in the world entirely dedicated to wine. For more than two years I had the privilege to work with Jane Anson, the English wine critic. As Bordeaux is one of the most famous cities in the world for wine, we got the chance to discover the history of marvelous and prestigious vineyards.
Here is the result of working with 67 Pall Mall and the wine group Dourthe. "En primeurs", harvest, "assemblage", tasting... Through this video, we can understand that working for a vineyard is a long and precise process which needs time and passion.
